5 easy steps to book your holiday…

Step 1 Call us on 01342 302 910 or email and we will tell you more about the chalets and the resorts and help you plan and organise your holiday. We will confirm availability and price and hold the chalet for you whilst you decide whether to book. 

Step 2 Confirm your intention to book and we will reserve the chalet and send you a Booking Form.

Step 3 Secure your holiday by paying a Deposit of £100 per person and sending us a completed Booking Form. 

Step 4 Double check all the details are correct. Sign it and post with payment details for the deposit of £100 per head to: SnowCrazy Ltd., 55 Lancaster Drive, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 3XJ

Payment can be made by debit or credit card by providing your card details on the Booking Form or by calling us or you can pay by sending a cheque or bank transfer.

Please make cheques payable to SnowCrazy Ltd. We accept the cards below. There is a 2.5% charge on credit card transactions (no charges on debit card transactions).

Step 5 Once we receive your Booking Form and deposit we will send you an Invoice (Receipt) for your deposits, your Booking Confirmation which will indicate the latest date on which your final balance is due (10 weeks prior to departure) and your Travel Trust Association Fidelity Certificate which provides you with financial protection for your holiday will be emailed separately to you.

Discounts…yipee!
There are a number of discounts when you book direct with us available as follows…

• We offer GROUP DISCOUNTS and BOOK NOW discounts. Please ask us for a quote.
• £50 discount for CHILDREN UNDER 18.
• £75 only for INFANTS UNDER 2 (to cover the cost of cots and bed linen etc., this only applies if your infant sleeps in a cot and shares your room).

A note about transfers...
To ensure our complimentary transfers are available, please aim for flights which arrive and depart between midday and 5pm to/from either Chambery, Grenoble, Lyon or Geneva in that order of preference/distance from chalet. If you are unable to arrange flights within those times and have alternatives available, please contact us prior to booking your flights to ensure complimentary transfers are available (a supplement may be applicable). We cannot guarantee we will be able to provide transfers outside of those times and a charge may be applicable for a private transfer.

• Baby seats or child booster seats for the minibus transfer. We can supply Baby Car Seats at £45 return for up to 3 year olds or Child Booster Seats at £10 return for 3 to 12 year olds or up to 135cm height. Please let us know when booking should you require either of these.
